With the ICE IRON a totally new product is launched which could be complementary to classic ice cutting or even replace it. ICE IRON impresses with easy handling and an ingenious regulation, it’s lightweight and can be operated by only one person.

“ICE IRON can create every ice surface the hill operator requests” is explained by the general manager Peter Riedel. “This device could play a central role in ice-preparation. For example snow could be filled into a Riedel-Summer-Track and the ICE IRON can transform it into an ice track without supporting cooling system. The ICE IRON rides over the snow like an electric iron and creates the ice surface after setting the outside temperature. I am sure that this possibility will be interesting for the junior-jumping hills not exclusive but especially.”
