Its getting Raw!

Let's go to the last big highlight of the season! A total of five men of the Peter Riedel Sports Technology left for the Raw Air this week in Norway. And as the name implies, these are really rough conditions that we are currently struggling with in the far north. Constantly changing weather conditions, snow, rain and the wind put our team to the test - and we masters it, the first competitions of the Raw Air in Oslo have been really successful!

Almost at the same time, two men were already working in Vikersund on the „Monsterbakken" to prepare the track for the upcoming competition. And since it would be really too easy without weather-related incidents, a good 30 centimeters of fresh snow fell in the night from Friday to Saturday. In the wintry driving conditions two of our cars ended up in the snow heap next to the road. After getting them out we started shoveling, milling and sweeping to master the snow masses.

Already now, this Raw Air is very special to me. For the first time, the ladies are also on board, a step that I particularly appreciate. Absolutely trend-setting for the future of ski jumping and the further development of the sport! The cooperation with the organizing committees works smoothly as always - in Norway it makes just a lot of fun create something !

Tomorrow the journey continues to Trondheim - we are curious, how the weather will be this time! In any case, it will be one thing - RAW!

Yours sincerley, Peter Riedel
