Seefeld world cup visitors can experience jumping for themselves

From January 16th to 18th 2015, the Nordic Combined athletes will stop in Seefeld. The world cup in the Olympic region of Seefeld, which will host the Nordic Skiing World Championships in 2019, ranks as the highlight of the annual world cup calendar.

In order to not only let the athletes experience the joy of jumping, the Saxonian Peter Riedel GmbH will travel to Seefeld with its mobile jump K4 in tow. Kids and fans alike will be able to experience a smaller version of ski jumping and will have a small impression on what it feels like to fly. Jumping together with athletes and VIPs they will for sure have one of the best experiences during their world cup visit.

“Our mobile jump is a great tool to let the audience be a part of the whole ski jumping process. You will understand the sport even better after you tried it yourself. We had many kids from all over the world who enjoyed it so much that they wanted to start with ski jumping or Nordic Combined”, says general manager Peter Riedel. His company is a strong partner of the Austrian Ski Federation ÖSV, so to travel to Seefeld is a matter that is close to his heart.

Who knows, maybe a new star is born on the small K4 hill while big stars like Olympic Champion Eric Frenzel or Austrian hopefuls like Mario Stecher jump the big hill…!
