With these words Alexander Uvarov, the Russian Federation President for ski jumping and Nordic combined, welcomes Peter Riedel in the Russian capital city on Thursday, the 26th of September 2013. "We have had to deal in Russia, during our three years of activity, with some differences of opinion but probably mainly due the distance of the acting and decisive people. But now everything has gone correctly, and the Russian ski jumps have the latest Riedel-material regarding measurement plates and studs. Also the employees were trained, which can operate in the future the measurement of the Riedel- tracks and will make the ,Data-Track' to an indispensable tool for the development of the sport. "I would like to thank especially Mr. Uvarow for all the support."  Uvarov added: "There stands nothing in the way for further cooperation, provided there are arising approaches".

Even about the Olympic Winter Games was spoken. Although there is a inrun track of a  competitor but sportsman Riedel hopes that the current weather disaster in Sochi will not have a major impact on the organization of the Winter Games. "I am convinced we will see great games in 2014. I will not miss them as many others who do not want to miss them either!"
