PARTENKIRCHEN 19.10.2014 - Approx. 80 ski jumping Technical Delegates of the International Ski Federation met for a schooling at Garmisch-Partenkirchen on the weekend. One of the most important points on the schedule was the presentation of the track system and services of the Peter Riedel GmbH.

CEO Peter Riedel himself was on side at the Olympic ski jump at Partenkirchen in order to demonstrate the preparation of the ski jumping track with ice for the TDs. Despite the spring-like temperatures of 15C the ice preparation of the track went off without a hitch and the track was ready for jumpers within two days. After applying the ice layers the local team was able to apply the ice structure with the ice cutter on Sunday morning, so that the jump is now ready to welcome the first teams for training this week.

Czech Republic, Poland and the German team are ready to go and will all jump their first training rounds this week in Partenkirchen.

At that time, the Technical Delegates are already gone. After an intensive debate with the track preparation the informative evening ended with an agile discussion between Peter Riedel and the various TDs in front of the barbecue grill.

Altogether it was an evening that also brought valuable feedback for the Peter Riedel GmbH.
