HINZENBACH - This year's edition of the Children's Four Hill Tournament in Austria and Germany successfully ended last Saturday in Berchtesgaden. Previously, the four-part series stopped in Hinzenbach, Bischofshofen and Reit im Winkl. For the young jumpers, the event has established itself as a firm fixture in the summer calendar and even for the organizers, it has become a fixed entity, as tour coordinator Wolfgang Roithner from Hinzenbach confirmed while the Summer Grand Prix Ski Jumping was underway:

"It is a great pleasure for us to host the Summer Grand Prix. Having the world's top ski jumpers here has something unique and it is important for us to host this event at a professional, high level. But even those stars all had to start somewhere and we regard the Children's Four Hill Tournament to be incredibly important for the development and promotion of ski jumping talent. The kick-off event in Hinzenbach was not only enjoyed by the little ones, but also by the whole organizing committee. The juniors are incredibly motivated in this kind of competitions and we have to promote this devotion for Nordic skiing by all means. "

Peter Riedel, CEO of Peter Riedel GmbH, also knows about the importance of strong support, that's why while in Hinzenbach he has already assured his renewed support as the main sponsor for the coming year. "What the organizers achieve, is remarkable - and one can only salute the performance of the young jumpers. Therefore, it is a matter of honor for me to support this event again next year. One cannot execute these events only with dedication and commitment, monetary support is also existentially. We have equipped the ski jumping hills both in Hinzenbach and in Berchtesgaden with our track, so we work very closely with the organizers anyway. So I regard it as the right thing to do to not only make their ski jumps fit for the future, but to also promote local events! In addition, we are a partner of the Austrian Ski Federation so it comes quite naturally us to put something together for the kids here."
