Cinema premiere "the most beautiful ski jump of the world"

Successful cinema premiere of „Jump“

 

Yesterday evening the cinema premiere of "Jump - the most beautiful ski jumping hills in the world" took place in the Ringkino Schwarzenberg in front of a sold-out house. The numerous visitors came to see beautiful pictures of selected ski jumps, which were shown in this way for the first time on a big screen.

 

Initiator and organizer Peter Riedel was overwhelmed by the response after the event: "We have entered completely new territory with the film project. We filmed the last few years on the hills, where we have installed our tracks. At some point, the idea came to make a movie out of it and thus to present the pictures to a wider audience. It makes me happy and proud that that so many people are interested in ski jumping liked the film, "says Peter Riedel.

 

In addition to Peter Riedel other protagonists were instrumental in the successful premiere. For example, filmmaker Aris Bibudis, who was in charge of the filming. Born in Chemnitz, he's on the road for a variety of productions around the world and always hunting for the perfect pictures. Through impressive camera work and settings, he gives the film a very special touch.

 

The evening was presented by Michael Drevenstedt in his already know skilful manner. Drevenstedt is usually on duty as a sports presenter for the MDR, this time he changed the camera into a cinema stage. Through his expertise, he gave viewers more interesting insights behind the scenes of the film project and the protagonists.

 

Other prominent guests from sports and politics were the mayor of the city Schwarzenberg, Mrs. Heidrun Hiemer, the mayor of the municipality Raschau-Markersbach Mr. Frank Tröger, the mayor of the city Scheibenberg Mr. Michael Staib as well as many other partners from the region.
