From February 28th to March 2nd, the FIS Nordic Junior Ski World Championship will pitch its tents in the small and calm town of Oberwiesenthal! So only three weeks to go until the Nordic stars of tomorrow show their skills at the Fichtelberg hill.

The work is already in full swing and the feeling of the World Champs can already be felt here and there. And where there is planing, chips fall! In the recent days we have had to deal with the organizer with some organizational challenges and coordination difficulties. Admittedly, it was not easy to find a common base with everyone involved. Despite all the difficulties, we have a common goal, and problems are there to be solved. That’s what the people from the ore mountains can do best!

Therefore we're really delighted to be part of this Junior World Championships in the end! During the competitions, the Peter Riedel GmbH is responsible for service and maintenance of the inrun. After last year's Nordic World Ski Championships in Seefeld, it is the second time in the company's history that Peter Riedel GmbH is part of World Champs. Together with the WSC Oberwiesenthal and the city, we now do everything we can to prepare the competition venues in a perfect manner and to present ourselves internationally as likeable host! Together for a successful Junior World Championships in Oberwiesenthal!
