RASCHAU/DORNBIRN, 3th of April 2014 – From today, 3th of April till Sunday the 6th of April will be "seen" in Dornbirn in the truest sense of the word. On the "show" of the largest spring fairy in the Vorarlberg, there is namely a special eye-catcher. In hall 5 is a mobile K4 ski jump from the house of Peter Riedel, and Elmar Egg, managing director of the Montafon Nordic sports center, confirmed: "Even in setting up the facility all the attention has drawn to itself of those present. We are excited to see how many kids will test themselves these days on the jump. "
A K4 facility of Peter Riedel Ltd. stands at Viessmann in Allendorf, where there goes a great festival across the stages  in honor of successful German Olympic athletes in Dornbirn, children between six and twelve years  should be encouraged for ski jumping. At the same time, the regions of the Bregenz Forest, Montafon, the racing community Dornbirn and the Ski Middle school Schruns (which  offers a northern branch in the coming school year) are presented. And may not be missing the references to next year's European Youth Olympic Winter Festival. The EYOWF will take place from 25th to 30th of  January in Vorarlberg and Liechtenstein.
"But the K4 on the "show" should not only be an anchor to the upcoming major event in the minds of interested people, but also for the Nordic sport, particularly for ski jumping sport, advertise" Egg says hopefully. "We now have an ultra-modern center, which should be used to as many athletes as possible!"
To underscore this, t-shirts were made in addition to various other promotional activities on which a "Vor(pre)-Arl(arl)-Berg(mountain)" became a "Vor(pre)-Adler(eagle)-Berg(mountain)", and this in the Austrian national colors red-white-red. Egg: "The message is clear. We want to find the new eagle from our county and promote. "T-shirts were sold out in no time and it is thought in possibly funded by sponsors. "We could use any small profits to purchase materials for young jumpers or taster", Elmar Egg thinks.
In the Nordic sports center Montafon the work continued unabated in recent months due to milder weather conditions. The K22, K40 and K66 facilities are completed, on the function building is simply no other building interiors. And at the K108 ski jump are being done currently the final touches in the discharge area. The completion message has been delivered, reported Egg, the first jumps are scheduled for June. "If everything goes as planned, the facility will be opened on 28th of  June officially.
This is pleasing also Peter Riedel. "The work in the Montafon were and are characterized of a extraordinary professionalism and friendliness simultaneously. We are very proud that we were able to provide a contribution to the successful design of the Nordic sports center in Vorarlberg, just under the aspect that the future of a sport - not just those of ski jumping - is always at youth level. The young athletes are the real treasure of the sport. That is why we see the K4 as an essential part of the Riedel product range."

The first competition of the new ski jumping facility is already fixed with the Alpine Cup in late September. In conversation is in early October, the Austrian Championship of the general class, also with Schlierenzauer, Morgenstern and Co., same place to organize. "And we already have scheduling conflicts", laughs Egg. "The eastern Swiss Ski OSSV has asked us if they  can perform the championship with us between late September and early October.  We still have  to work a little bit to bring everything under one roof."
And just out of Switzerland comes big compliment. Ueli Forrer, OSSV-Responsible for ski jumping and Nordic combined, announced that he wanted to perform 75 percent of the workouts of its athletes in Montafon. "Such statements from abroad are of course great", Egg and Riedel are unison.
And there will be more and more who jump at the Sports Center: hopefully also some of those who discover their love for this sport through Sunday in Dornbirn on the K4!
